- Identify and engage prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Present and demonstrate T.E.E’s products and solutions to clients, highlighting technical features and business benefits.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that address client needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations to support the sales process.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote T.E.E’s offerings.
- Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.
2-5 years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or related role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical environment.Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote (hybrid) work environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Proficiency with CRM software,ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Adaptability to evolving technologies and market demands.
