Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role for the Dubai Account (English B2) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will handle both voice and non-voice interactions, ensuring professional support, addressing inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. The role includes effective management of customer communications via phone, email, or chat, while adhering to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive Customer Experience Exceptional Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Ability to work in an on-site environment and handle multiple communication channels (voice and non-voice) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging situations effectively High levels of professionalism, empathy, and commitment to providing quality service
