Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt, for a Call Agent. The Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information regarding services, and document interactions meticulously. Responsibilities also include resolving customer concerns efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism during communication, and collaborating with team members to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Customer Service Skills: Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer support. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Ability to quickly analyze and resolve issues while maintaining accuracy in documenting interactions. Multi-Tasking and Technology Skills: Competency in working with communication tools, CRM systems, and managing multiple tasks efficiently. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Multi-lingual capabilities are a plus. Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet performance goals. Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is an advantage.
