Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresh Real Estate Sales Specialist, located in New Cairo. The role involves interacting with clients to understand their real estate needs, presenting various property options, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The specialist will assist with property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure clients receive the best offers tailored to their requirements. Additionally, the role includes staying informed on market trends and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong Sales skills and a proactive attitude toward achieving targets A Real Estate License is a valuable asset but not mandatory Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment Eagerness to learn, with a willingness to undergo training and development Familiarity with the New Cairo area and surrounding real estate market is a plus
