Purpose:Supports all day-to-day operations related to IT and provide technical assistance for incoming queries for all internal stakeholders including the infrastructure of upkeep, issues related to computer systems configuration, staff training, software license management, and hardware.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensures the IT policies & procedures are properly implemented as per HAPs standards while escalating to direct report in the case of any violation or challenges. Supports software upgrades, user training, software license management, procurement, data management and observing adherence to business process and compliance requirements. Provides technical maintenance of IT infrastructure in the head office and showrooms in collaboration with the IT coordinator while ensuring the overall of the day-to-day IT operations pertaining to; software upgrades, user training, software license management, procurement, data management and observing adherence to business process and compliance requirements while improving infrastructure cost, performances, and end user satisfaction. Maintains the management of the systems and personnel that are at the core of the organization from designs, installment, support, maintenance to ensure all assets are maximized in value while conducting the proper training for all employees in the usage of new software when applicable. Installs new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Performs evaluations, testing, debugging and implementation of application programs in collaboration with the IT application team to support HAPs infrastructure business process and operations. IT & DT Systems Engineer Supervisor. Facilitates all on-boarding of new hires to HAP to train them on the utilizing the developed IT kit with relevant user technology, including the set-up of their account and policy review while ensuring off-boarding of all employees are properly updated to the system. Develops tooling and processes to facilitate end-user asset management, provisioning and tracking to ensure asset are maximized and end-user satisfaction. Is fully responsible—not only for supervising all company hardware assets (laptops, desktops, mice, accessories, etc.)—but also for ensuring proper asset management, including tracking, control, allocation, maintenance, and accountability across the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as System Administrator Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment.
