Noorybooks.com is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute a strong, story-driven content strategy across video, social media, blogs, and influencer collaborations. This role owns content performance end-to-end, manages a content team, and ensures content delivers measurable impact against clear KPIs. The ideal candidate excels in Arabic storytelling and understands how educational content drives growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the content and storytelling strategy across all channels.
Plan and execute a video-first content marketing strategy.
Manage social media strategy, calendars, publishing, and engagement.
Lead and review Arabic blog and written content through a team of writers.
Manage influencer and Affiliate partnerships from planning to performance.
Lead and coach the content team and external contributors.
Define, track, and optimize content KPIs (engagement, leads, enrollments).
Requirements
Experience in the EdTech or education industry.
Proven ability to manage and lead content teams.
Strong storytelling skills with demonstrated content impact.
Solid background in Arabic content writing and editing (MSA).
Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remotly work environment.
Ability to effectively use AI tools in marketing strategy and execution is a must
