The Senior Graphic Designer is an experienced and largely autonomous creative who handles complex design projects from concept to completion. They possess a strong  understanding of design principles and strategy and begin to mentor more junior team members.

• Visual Execution: Designs and produces a range of visual deliverables, including social media graphics, ad campaign assets, layouts, presentation decks, and brand identity elements.

  
  

• Conceptual Contribution: Translates creative concepts into compelling visual designs and comprehensive design systems.

  
  

• Brand Guardianship: Acts as a guardian for client brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.

  
  

• Mentoring Junior Designers: Provides guidance, feedback, and support to junior designers, helping them develop their skills.

  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mass Communicationor any related field

  
  

• At least From 3- 5 years of  experience in working in the same position in Marketing & Advertising Industry 

  
  

• Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing

  
  

• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and graphic design software

  
  

• Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills

  
  

• Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities

  
  

• Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability

  
  

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio and ability to do presentations 

  
  

Working Conditions

• Work location: Maadi/Cairo 
• Working Days/Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10:00AM to 6:00PM
• WeekEnds: Friday & Saturday
