- Facilitate change management initiatives by supporting communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement.

- Analyze employee feedback surveys, focus groups, and identify trends, and collaborate with HR and leadership to improve engagement and organizational culture.
Learning & Development:
- identify training needs, support talent development programs, and evaluate learning outcomes.
Performance Management Support:
- Provide guidance in the execution of performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and competency assessments.
Organizational Assessments:
- Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness reviews.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Assist in the recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using sourcing tools, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Promote the organization’s brand to attract top talent by representing the company at job fairs, events, and online platforms.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and use data to improve hiring strategies.
