We're hiring a Growth & Operations Lead to work directly with the founder across a portfolio of three AI products. This is a right-hand role—you'll handle everything that isn't writing code: strategy, growth experiments, social presence, research, and operational systems.
The Portfolio:
- Product A: Tool suite for Claude Code power users with active traction and growing user base
- Product B: SEO tools and API for non-technical users, recently launched with early revenue
- Product C (Building): AI-native data product combining RAG-as-API with done-for-you growth services for founders
What You'll Do:
Strategy & Experimentation (30%)
- Participate in product strategy sessions as a thinking partner, not just an executor
- Ideate and validate new product directions across the portfolio
- Design, run, and analyze growth experiments
- Plan launches, positioning, and go-to-market approaches
- Challenge assumptions and bring ideas the founder hasn't considered
Social Presence: Twitter & Reddit (30%)
- Manage Twitter and Reddit presence using a value-driven, no-spam approach
- Track what founders are shipping, launching, and struggling with across both platforms
- Build and maintain a living knowledge base of trends, tools, and tactics in the SaaS/indie hacker space
- Engage authentically in technical and startup communities
- Create and publish Twitter content aligned with product positioning
- Document what works—for internal use and to systematize into a future service offering
Database Building (25%)
- Extract validated pain points and problem signals from G2, Capterra, ProductHunt, and Reddit
- Structure data entries for vector database ingestion
- Document validation signals including repeat complaints, upvotes, and sentiment patterns
- Build the data foundation that makes Product C valuable at launch
Partnership Absorption (15%)
- When partnering with external tools or service providers, learn their methodology deeply
- Understand tooling, pricing, edge cases, and operational details
- Ensure the company is never dependent on any single external partner
What You Get:
- Claude Pro Plan (you're expected to max it out daily)
- Direct involvement in strategy sessions—you'll see how products are built, positioned, and launched
- Compounding skills in growth methodology, product thinking, AI tooling, and market knowledge
- Clear advancement paths: excel at strategy to shape product direction, or excel at systems to build operational infrastructure
