CM (Customer Support/Customer Care Representatives) What You’ll Do:Follow company SOPs to deliver high-quality consultation and support services to students. Monitor teaching quality and provide timely, constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and better learning outcomes. Support students throughout their learning journey by identifying challenges and providing tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering personalized learning plans and progress recommendations. Enhance customer satisfaction and drive referrals through proactive service and engagement. Track and analyze students’ learning data to identify improvement areas and propose actionable plans to boost learning effectiveness. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or any related role. Passionate about education and committed to delivering exceptional service. Fluent in English, C1 or above is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a cheerful and approachable personality.
