Job Summary Designing, leading, and delivering organization development solutions for client organizations. This role focuses on organizational design, performance management, competency frameworks, job architecture, culture transformation, and change management initiatives. The position works closely with clients’ leadership teams to diagnose organizational challenges, propose data-driven solutions, and support implementation to enhance organizational effectiveness and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:Lead organizational diagnostics and assessments aligned with client business strategies. Design and review organizational structures, job architectures, and governance models. Develop job descriptions, grading structures, and job evaluation frameworks. Design and implement competency frameworks and career paths. Develop and enhance performance management systems and KPIs. Lead change management and culture transformation initiatives. Translate client needs into practical OD solutions and implementation roadmaps. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions. Manage client relationships and act as a key contact on OD projects. Prepare proposals, reports, and professional client presentations. Provide guidance and technical review to junior consultants. Contribute to OD methodologies, tools, and best practices within the firm. Support clients' projects in Employee relations /Payroll or Recruitment when needed, ensuring a broad HR consulting experience.
Requirements:More than 4 years of experience in HR and OD practices. Strong consulting skills with client-facing experience. Ability to manage multiple projects with professionalism and attention to detail. High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
