Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Qesm El Maadi, Cairo, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining and promoting insurance policies offered by the company, and providing excellent customer service. Other key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling insurance claims, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. The role requires staying informed about the insurance market and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications Strong skills in Insurance Sales, Sales, and Insurance Brokerage Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service and build lasting client relationships Working knowledge and expertise in Insurance and related processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a hybrid role with responsibilities in both remote and office environments Proven ability to meet sales goals and contribute to a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
