Job Summary Overseeing and managing all day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant HR services. This role supervises core HR operations including employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, social insurance, attendance, and HR systems, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The position plays a key role in delivering a smooth employee experience and supporting management with reliable HR operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR Operations including personnel administration. Handle payroll management, salary processing, and related reports. Oversee social insurance and medical insurance processes and compliance. Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policies. Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR operational matters. Coordinate with external authorities and service providers when required. Support management with accurate HR data, reports, and insights.
Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Operations. Strong hands-on experience in payroll, social insurance, and medical insurance. Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law. High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.
