  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks to support smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure optimal office functionality.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the office environment.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.Ability to develop and implement effective office procedures.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
