Job Details

  • Supervise and coordinate the document control process for all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain document control systems, procedures, and workflows to support efficient document retrieval, storage, and archiving.
  • Monitor the distribution, tracking, and receipt of documents, ensuring timely delivery to relevant stakeholders and project teams.
  • Review and verify the completeness and correctness of incoming and outgoing documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Train, mentor, and oversee document control staff to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to facilitate document flow and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on document control activities, status updates, and compliance metrics for management review.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation as required.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance document control processes to optimize efficiency and support organizational growth.
