Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Morning Account position. The main responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in English. Candidates will work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet service-level expectations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to deliver excellent communication with clients. Customer service skills, including problem-solving, active listening, and empathy when addressing client concerns. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a dynamic workplace. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. Willingness to work on-site in New Cairo in a morning shift schedule.
