Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and develop new business channels such as Large-scale companies & multinational organizations• Negotiate corporate rates, long-stay agreements, and bulk bookings.• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients.• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth guest experience.• Track leads, contracts, and revenue generated from direct channels.
Requirements :• 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales.• Background in hospitality, serviced apartments, corporate housing, or real estate leasing is preferred.• Proven experience dealing with corporate clients or institutional accounts.• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
