Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist (Personnel, Recruitment, Engagement & Odoo HR) with strong hands-on experience in Personnel operations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Odoo HR system. The role requires end-to-end HR execution with a focus on operational accuracy, employee experience, and system-based HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all personnel activities including hiring documentation, contracts, insurance, social insurance, leaves, and employee files
- Manage and update employee data on Odoo HR (attendance, leaves, contracts, payroll inputs, and reports)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: manpower requests, job posting, CV screening, interviews coordination, offers, and onboarding
- Design, implement, and follow up on employee engagement programs (events, initiatives, surveys, and action plans)
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines
- Ensure compliance with labor law and company HR policies
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards from Odoo HR
- Support payroll preparation with accurate HR and recruitment data
- Handle employee relations matters and HR inquiries
- Participate in HR process improvement and HR system optimization
