We’re Hiring: Call Center Agent (In-House)
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
We are looking to hire a male Call Center Agent to join our in-house team at our 10th of Ramadan City location. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries related to products, orders, pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, complaints, and feedback.
- Accurately record customer interactions and orders in the system.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Prepare simple reports and summaries when required.
- Meet daily and monthly call handling and performance targets.
