Create and implement warehouses development and objectives plans for short and long terms.
Develop, evaluate, and improve the warehouses methods, procedures, and teams’ performances.
Analyze the warehouses reports to solve the cause roots of all warehouses barriers and obstacles.
Setting and develop coding and traceability system for all items and goods in all stores.

Collaborate with the production, quality, maintenance, and industrial departments to increase the production rates, minimize the stock levels, and decrease the production time.
