- Develop and implement export sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead international market expansion initiatives for consumer goods and FMCG products.
- Manage key export accounts, distributors, and agents, ensuring long-term partnerships and profitability.
- Set export sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Lead commercial negotiations with international clients, including pricing, payment terms, contracts, and INCOTERMS.
- Oversee the full export sales cycle from lead generation to order execution and collection.
- Coordinate closely with production, planning, logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Analyze global market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare strategic export sales reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, company policies, and commercial best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior sales and export team members and contribute to team development.
