- Act as the trusted right hand of the CEO, managing and aligning both business and personal priorities with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
- Serve as the single point of coordination between the CEO and all internal stakeholders, filtering, prioritizing, routing, and escalating matters as required.
- Tracking all CEO directives, assigned tasks, and follow-ups, ensuring execution, visibility, and timely closure.
- Own and manage the CEO’s daily, weekly, and monthly calendar, ensuring optimal time utilization and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate all meetings, travel arrangements, and executive commitments, with proactive preparation and follow-up.
- Attend executive and cross-functional meetings; prepare agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items until full completion.
- Consolidate inputs, updates, KPIs, and challenges from all line managers into clear, concise, executive-level reports for the CEO.
- Ensure all meetings and discussions result in clear conclusions, decisions, assigned ownership, and deadlines, and follow up to ensure execution.
- Monitor unresolved issues, cross-functional dependencies and risks; escalate critical matters to the CEO with proposed solutions.
- Manage and prioritize all incoming correspondence, communications, and requests addressed to the CEO, ensuring clarity, urgency assessment, and proper handling.
- Maintain organized executive records, confidential documents, decisions logs, and action trackers, while upholding the highest level of professionalism and business acumen.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 7 years’ experience supporting senior executives or CEOs.Strong experience in calendar management, meetings coordination, and executive follow-up.Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).High level of organization, discretion, and confidentiality.Strong business sense and ability to prioritize under pressure.Proven ability to prepare executive reports and summaries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task-tracking tools.Confident communicator with senior leaders and stakeholders.Execution-focused mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
