We are looking for a motivated Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team and contribute to large-scale Oracle implementations, with a strong focus on Time and Labor.
???? What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field???? Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle HCM or HR Systems???? Oracle HCM Certification is a plus???? Strong English communication skills???? Excellent communication & teamwork skills???? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities⏱ Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
???? Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
Work on Oracle HCM modules, with a primary focus on Time and Labor Participate in system configuration, support, and optimization Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into HCM solutions Support users and ensure smooth day-to-day system operations Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery Assist in testing, documentation, and system enhancements
