Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for projects.
  • Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets and analyze variances.
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quantity take-offs.
  • Track and evaluate variations, change orders, and claims.
  • Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost reports.
  • Support tendering processes and bid evaluations from a cost perspective.
  • Review and certify contractor invoices and payment applications.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on cost matters.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
  • Maintain accurate cost records, benchmarks, and project documentation.
