Baxter Egypt is launching its new Roove furniture showroom in Mivida, New Cairo. We are looking for a passionate Sales / Showroom Sales Engineer to help us build and grow this flagship location, providing outstanding service to customers and turning their design ideas into reality.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a premium, consultative sales experience.
Identify and establish relationships with potential customers (new and existing – walk-ins, referrals, designers, and corporates).
Understand customers’ needs, measurements, and budget, and recommend suitable Roove furniture solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and mood boards (when needed) in coordination with the design/technical team.
Follow up on all leads and quotations until closing, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Coordinate order processing with the operations team (payments, delivery, installation dates, etc.).
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Roove products, finishes, fabrics, and configurations.
Ensure the showroom is always well-presented, fully stocked with samples, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Build strong professional relationships and trust with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of opportunities, sales, and customer interactions on CRM/Excel.
Handle basic after-sales inquiries and coordinate with customer service to resolve any issues.
