Job Details

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to project managers and senior leadership.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial tracking for ongoing construction projects.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger and other financial records in accordance with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of efficient accounting procedures.
