Job Summary
We are a fast-growing startup seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Executive to support customer relationship management activities across the automotive customer lifecycle. The role focuses on managing customer data, executing CRM campaigns, and coordinating with internal and regional stakeholders to enhance lead management, customer engagement, retention, and aftersales communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of automotive CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
- Manage customer and lead databases, ensuring data accuracy across sales and aftersales journeys
- Segment customers and leads based on lifecycle stages (prospects, test drive, purchase, service, retention)
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and aftersales teams to align CRM communications
- Track and report on CRM performance including lead conversion, retention, and engagement metrics
- Support customer lifecycle initiatives such as lead nurturing, service reminders, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns
- Assist in managing CRM platforms and tools used for automotive sales and aftersales operations
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and communication efficiency
Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
- Good understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms (automotive CRM systems or general CRM tools are an advantage)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Arabic fluency required; English proficiency is an advantage
- Previous experience in a CRM or customer data role
- Experience in the automotive industry or automotive CRM is an advantage
