With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.</p>About the role<p>Job Description:</p><ul><li>Provide business support for the Oracle Fusion application to both French and international regions.</li><li>Respond promptly to tickets and requests, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Maintain online help resources to ensure correct application usage within the domain and offer expert assistance for user-reported incidents.</li><li>Resolve basic Fusion tickets and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate domains.</li><li>Perform daily reviews of Power BI reports to confirm they are up-to-date.</li><li>Communicate with users through MS Teams and email to ensure issues are resolved effectively.</li></ul></p></p></p></p></p></p>About you<p><strong>Professional Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Recent graduate or up to 3 years of relevant professional experience</li></ul><strong>Essential Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion</li><li>Business analysis experience is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous</li><li>Strong troubleshooting abilities</li></ul><strong>Key Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpretation skills</li><li>Basic numerical and analytical capabilities</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Strong prioritization and workload balancing skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively</li><li>Open-minded, eager to learn, confident, and proactive in contributing</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus</li></ul><strong>Languages</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent in French (spoken and written) — a MUST</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written) — a MUST</li></ul></p></p></p></p></p>
