  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across Max Muscle’s branches and departments, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Max Muscle as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
