Job Purpose
To manage and implement the management and technical training plan for Etisalat employees and
designing and implementing development projects to ensure continuous employee development.
Responsible for implementing, designing and planning the activities and projects of the career Development section for continuous employee's development.

Individual Training needs assessment\:
• Designing training needs assessment methodology
• Develop with the IT the training needs assessment system for all employees
• Conduct TNA meetings with managers and their teams
Management learning\:
• Heading the RFI (request for information) committee that matches Etisalat competencies with available top management courses in the market.
Job Specific Learning\:
• Agreeing, designing and managing the Job specific/technical training plan for all departments in alignment with departmental heads and CXOs.
Design and build learning path for the Customer Care & Sales department
Training implementation\:
• Setting and managing the yearly management plan for staff, supervisors , managers and senior management level.
• Ensuring the scheduling and managing training logistic across all departments.
• Managing the roll out of the technical training program in assistance with departmental spocs including assigning schedule and ensure enrollment of employees, venue reservations, selecting instructors and communicating dates to them, printing manual, etc…
• Implement and schedule the contract based training
• Handling and implementing adhoc and overseas training requests
Developing team members to implement the function strategy and demonstrate corporate values.
Monitoring training and learning process implementation and continuous improvement.
Enhancing the training experience towards customer centric organization.
Managing the internal training academy, hiring qualified trainers, supervising training material designs and insuring quality training material.
Designing and implementing developmental programs for high performing supervisors and managers.
Managing "Super Masters" and handling all program logistics.
Managing and monitoring the management and technical training budget in coordination with finance budgeting team.
Managing, designing and implementing the strategic direction training programs.
Managing and monitoring the proper implementation of procurement and finance process.
Improving the training process to ensure internal customers satisfaction
Vendors management by establish and maintain positive relationship between Etisalat and learning institutions (locally & internationally).
Establishes a solid company-vendors relationships including selecting best training providers, signing contracts, and getting best training proposals by evaluating offers and agreeing upon best pricing terms.
Reporting the technical and management training progress and ensuring Oracle Learning Management system updates.
Monitoring monthly training accruals and all training payments with Finance team and procurement.
Assessment Center for Managerial & Professional Level\:
- Conduct Awareness Session for Assessment Center
- Design and run assessment center for selection and promotion
- Supervise assessment center implementation and related logistics
- Design feedback reports and review them
- Conduct feedback session after assessment center
- Develop and maintain assessment center automation and system
- Help employees set their personal development plan
- Assist and recommend development methods including training, elearning, coaching, etc to employees
Succession Management\:
Develop plans for implementing succession planning management
Work with IT to implement succession management system and automation
Leadership Development Programs\:
- Develop leadership development programs that focus on company values and philosophies.
- Helps in Identifying and running leadership development programs to ensure all leaders and potential leaders have the necessary skills to succeed.
- GLP Leadership program for the CXOs in coordination with Etisalat Group
