Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center role based in Cairo for Russian-speaking professionals. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via various channels, providing exceptional customer service in Russian, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The selected individual will handle both inbound and outbound calls and ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with team members and adhering to standard procedures and service guidelines.
Qualifications Fluency in Russian (both written and verbal) Good command of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or call center technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adhere to schedules and procedures. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is an advantage.
