Role Description:HPG is hiring a District Manager to oversee and manage operations within the assigned district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading teams, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations across the assigned district. • Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and teams. • Monitor sales performance and analyze KPIs and reports. • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders. • Support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Proven experience in sales management and target achievement. • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Experience in the retail or service industry is a plus.
