Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Technical Office located in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing and supervising site construction activities, reviewing technical designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with project stakeholders to meet deadlines. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project documentation, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing any technical or operational challenges encountered during implementation.
Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Ability to conduct thorough Research and implement efficient Training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge. Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and budget management skills. Extensive experience in site supervision, technical reporting, and problem-solving. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field. Proficient in using engineering design and project management software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
