The Senior Art Director is an experienced designer who not only excels at their craft but also takes ownership of conceptual development and visual project execution. They handle more complex assignments, mentor junior designers, and begin to develop client-facing confidence.

• Visual Concept Development: Lead the creation of high-level visual concepts and campaign aesthetics in collaboration with creative and strategy teams.

  
  

• Project Ownership: Own and manage major design projects from concept through execution, ensuring creative excellence, consistency, and on-time delivery.

  
  

• Mentorship: Supervise, mentor, and develop Designers and Art Directors while managing workloads and maintaining high creative standards.

  
  

• Client Presentation: Present creative concepts and visual work confidently to senior clients and internal stakeholders, clearly articulating creative vision and rationale.

  
  

• Complex Design Tasks: Lead high-impact creative initiatives such as integrated campaigns, brand systems, and photo/video direction.

  
  

• Strategic Contribution: Partner with strategy and account teams to ensure visual solutions align with brand positioning and business objectives.

  
  

• Creative Leadership: Provide senior-level art direction and creative leadership across multiple accounts and campaigns.

  
  

• Quality Control: Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, video, and multimedia content to ensure consistency and excellence.

  
  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to deliver cohesive, multi-channel creative executions.

  
  

• Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices, driving innovation within the creative team

  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mass Communicationor any related field

  
  

• At least From 3- 5 years of  experience in working in the same position in Marketing & Advertising Industry 

  
  

• Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing

  
  

• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and graphic design software

  
  

• High level of Leadership, accountability and motivation

  
  

• Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills

  
  

• Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities

  
  

• Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability

  
  

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio and ability to do presentations 

  
  

Working Conditions

• Work location: Maadi/Cairo 
• Working Days/Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10:00AM to 6:00PM
• WeekEnds: Friday & Saturday
