Position Purpose 



The Recruitment & HR Associate will manage day-to-day recruitment operations for the Egypt office, acting as a key point of contact for Hiring Managers and the HR team. The role owns the delivery and quality of recruitment, onboarding, and key HR operational cycles across assigned regions or functions.


The position serves as a subject matter reference for operational HR processes, provides advisory support to line managers, oversees HR systems and data integrity, and ensures the effective execution of performance management and learning initiatives.


Duties and Responsibilities 


Recruitment




  • Own end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned roles, ensuring adherence to SOPPs and agreed timelines.

  • Manage and maintain job postings and advertisements to support effective candidate sourcing.

  • Independently assess applications and shortlist candidates against defined criteria.

  • Conduct screening interviews with shortlisted candidates, assessing suitability and meeting agreed screening targets.

  • Manage interview coordination across departments, including complex scheduling and last-minute changes.

  • Ensure Hiring Managers have continuous access to accurate interview schedules, candidate profiles, and materials.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Ensure candidates receive clear, timely communication and updates at each recruitment stage.

  • Communicate interview outcomes, feedback, and next steps in alignment with HR and Hiring Manager decisions.

Onboarding




  • Manage the administrative onboarding process for new joiners in coordination with HR and relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure new hires are fully briefed on joining details prior to start dates.

  • Coordinate and oversee induction activities, including IT access, materials, and onsite readiness.

  • Support new hires with onboarding information related to company policies, procedures, and culture.

  • Manage onboarding-related activities on e-learning platforms, including enrollment, user support, and reporting.

HR & Operations




  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders independently and professionally

  • Prepare HR letters and documentation, including employment verification and standard correspondence.

  • Support line managers throughout probation periods by providing guidance on processes, timelines, and documentation.

  • Ensure HR communications and policy updates are shared accurately and on time.

HR Systems & Data Governance




  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of employee data in HR systems, including MOL, payroll, and bank information.

  • Maintain organized and compliant HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Learning & Development Support



Coordinate learning and development administration activities, including training tracking and reporting.


Educational Background and Experience 




  • +2 years of experience in a busy administrative or scheduling environment is ideal.

  • Recruitment and HR Operations experience is essential..

  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

  • BSc/BA in HR, administration or other field
