Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly in a professional and welcoming manner.
Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
Clear and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Support team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing role (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and service-driven.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
High attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
