Core Objective of the Role
To design, coordinate, and execute digital and on-ground marketing initiatives that:
- Increase awareness of Hand in Hand’s impact
- Convert awareness into donations and partnerships
- Support fundraising campaigns throughout the year
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing – Donation-Driven
Social Media Management (with Agency – Nichbell)
- Act as the internal owner of all digital content related to fundraising
- Coordinate closely with Nichbell to ensure:
- Content is engaging, emotional, ethical, and donation-focused
- Clear calls-to-action (donate, support, partner, share) are always present
- Ensure platforms are used strategically:
- Instagram & Facebook → individual donors
- LinkedIn → corporate donors & partners
Media Buying & Digital Campaigns
- Oversee media buying with the agency
- Ensure paid campaigns are directly linked to fundraising goals, such as:
- Donations
- Lead generation for fundraising
- Awareness for upcoming donation drives
- Track ROI, cost per donation, and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on results
2. LinkedIn Management – Corporate & CSR Fundraising
- Own and manage Hand in Hand’s LinkedIn presence
- Position Hand in Hand as:
- A credible, transparent, high-impact NGO
- A strong partner for CSR, foundations, and corporates
- Create and coordinate content highlighting:
- Impact numbers and outcomes
- Partnerships and success stories
- Thought leadership in prosthetics and rehabilitation
- Support corporate fundraising and partnership outreach through visibility and credibility
3. On-Ground (Offline) Marketing & Fundraising Support
- Plan and support on-ground marketing activities that contribute to fundraising, including:
- Fundraising events
- Awareness campaigns
- Booths, activations, and exhibitions
- Corporate events and donor meetings
- Coordinate production of:
- Banners, brochures, roll-ups, videos, and printed materials
- Ensure on-ground messaging is aligned with digital campaigns and fundraising objectives
4. Fundraising Campaign Planning & Execution
- Work closely with the fundraising team to:
- Translate fundraising targets into marketing campaigns
- Support seasonal and emergency fundraising campaigns (e.g. Ramadan, urgent cases)
- Develop clear execution plans:
- Messaging
- Channels
- Timelines
- KPIs
5. Impact Storytelling (With Fundraising Lens)
- Ensure storytelling focuses on:
- Real patient journeys
- Measurable impact
- Long-term change enabled by donations
- Maintain ethical, respectful, and accurate representation of beneficiaries
- Provide agency and internal teams with strong briefs and real field content
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report on:
- Campaign reach and engagement
- Donation-related KPIs (in coordination with fundraising)
- Digital and on-ground campaign effectiveness
Use insights to continuously improve fundraising results
