  • Analyze project tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary data for accurate estimation.
  • Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals in line with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Evaluate and assess risks associated with tender submissions and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities based on project drawings and specifications.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure cost competitiveness.
  • Participate in tender clarification meetings and respond to client queries regarding submitted bids.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all tendering activities and estimation documents for future reference.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, pricing, and construction methodologies to enhance estimation accuracy.
