- Monitoring Electrical machine conditions to ensure keeping it work effectively and efficiently.
- Supervise performing the preventive maintenance periodically
- Supervise \ participate in repairing breakdowns
- Participate in preparing electrical plans for overhauling and preventive maintenance.
- Implement the electrical maintenance plans and programs
- Analyse and study breakdowns occurred to find out the root causes in order to terminate them.
- Participate in the annually inventory of the spare parts
- Inspect and test received spare parts to the warehouse.
- Determine spare parts needed and prepare purchase requests.
- Follow up the preventive maintenance orders and enter it on SAP system
- Follow up with electrical technicians activities, organizing and distribution of technicians tasks through the section
- Working relationships with all the production, mechanical, maintenance engineers and shift supervisors.
- Issue Reports on major problems and failures, suggests suitable corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence of the problem.
- Formulates preventive maintenance procedures with associated procedures and checklists, periodically reviews the programs to evaluate its efficiency and suitability makes changes to the schedule and procedures, if necessary, base on feedback and field experience.
