Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Packaging Sales Supervisor, you will oversee sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and ensure the successful achievement of team sales targets. You will establish relationships with customers, provide exceptional service, and actively contribute to growing sales opportunities in the packaging industry. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, providing team training, and collaborating with management to align strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions Proven experience in Team Management and Training to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for building relationships and managing client needs effectively Leadership abilities with a solution-oriented mindset Proficiency in using sales and CRM software A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
