Job Title: E-commerce Organic Growth Lead (SEO & Marketplace Optimization)


We are seeking a results-oriented expert to lead our organic growth engine. The successful candidate will own the strategy for driving traffic and optimizing our catalog, serving as a critical driver of the marketplace’s revenue and long-term business success.

 

  • Execute a robust, end-to-end SEO strategy to secure market dominance, ensuring organic search becomes our primary driver of user acquisition and growth.
  • Analyze data to identify high-potential products and prioritize them for immediate content enhancement to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
  • Monitor weekly catalog health and traffic metrics, delivering clear, insight-driven reports that guide strategic business decisions.
  • Establish and enforce "Gold Standard" guidelines for product listings and taxonomy to ensure a professional, high-trust user experience.
  • Act as a proactive self-starter, constantly seeking new methods and learning opportunities to deliver measurable, scalable business results.

Solid technical expertise in search algorithms, LLM engines, site architecture, and keyword strategy with a proven track record of driving traffic.Driven by measurable results. The candidate should be able to clearly demonstrate specific increases in traffic and revenue within one month as a direct result of their work.Ability to translate data from Google Analytics and Search Console into revenue-generating strategies.High energy and a strong desire to learn, taking personal ownership of the business’s success metrics.Excellent English language proficiency (written and oral) Strong capability in leveraging AI tools (LLMs, automation software) to accelerate workflows, analyze data, and work smarter than the competition (preferred)Experience organizing large-scale datasets and complex product hierarchies with extreme precision (preferred)
