- Responsible for full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, Interviewing and employer branding.
- Develop & Manage new sourcing channels (Job Boards, Headhunting,...) to reach out top talents.
- Provide comprehensive supervision and mentorship to both junior and senior recruiters.
- Meet with hiring managers regularly to grasp staffing needs.
- execute mass hiring campaigns.
- Build a pipeline of talents to meet future staffing.
- Attend external events (Employment fairs, Open days,...…).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field..5-7 years’ of experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent English language skills.Excellent organizational skills
