Position Summary:The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand presence across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects and properties Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, email, SEO) Generate and track qualified leads in coordination with the sales team Manage branding, positioning, and promotional materials for projects Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns Coordinate with agencies, designers, and media partners Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports Organize property launches, events, and exhibitions
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate
