We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Elevators Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified technical and non-technical talents, including engineers, technicians, sales, and support staff, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, , job offering, hiring).
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify manpower needs.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and competency profiles.
  • Support organizational structure and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Participate in HR policies, procedures, and OD projects.
  • Support performance management and change management initiatives.
  • Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, turnover ratio
