Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Specialist will handle daily outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell educational programs. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer service, performing follow-ups on potential leads, coordinating with other team members, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a professional and positive customer interaction at all times.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills Excellent Communication skills to effectively connect with a diverse audience Proven Sales experience with a focus on achieving targets Ability to conduct Training sessions, if needed, to familiarize clients with products or services Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a customer-focused approach Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in telesales, customer support, or educational program sales is an advantage
