Role Description

The Contact Center English Back-Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling customer inquiries and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, providing excellent customer support, translating and interpreting communication when necessary, and maintaining detailed records. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English language skills, including communication and English teaching Experience in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support Strong translation and language interpretation skills Capability to provide training and guidance to align with service standards Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment in Cairo, Egypt Previous experience in a back-office or BPO role is a plus
