Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Indoor professional based in New Cairo. The role involves assisting customers in identifying their needs, providing product recommendations, delivering accurate information, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. The selected candidate will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in retail sales from 2 years to 7 years Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience Proficiency in Retail Sales processes and Product Knowledge Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets Previous experience in sales or retail is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not required
