Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities:
Visit the project to study the site location, site accessibility, and road diversions. Review the site, based on official documents, land plan, and contract coordinates. Provide the exact site land borderline and prepare a detailed site plan. Calculate excavation and earthwork quantities and get approval from the chief surveyor. Participate with the site team and soil investigation consultant to facilitate tacking of soil samples in order to test. Participate with the Technical Office team to study and review the project design drawing to ensure it can be executed according to the site coordinates and dimensions. Recommend the best site accessibility, and plan including temporary access roads, road diversions. Work closely with the Technical Office team and Construction team to provide the quantities done to prepare subcontractors' invoices. Follow up with his team and the site team on the consultant inspection and approval of surveying works. Participate with the technical office team to prepare the as-built drawing at the end of the project. Supervise surveyors throughout the project with respect to different surveying tasks.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Art -geographic / Surveying Institute.+5 years of experience. Contractor, Consultancy Background is a must. Good in English. Auto CAD, Microsoft Office user. Experienced with the Surveying Equipment.
