Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Support role based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support to address client inquiries, assisting with technical troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues effectively. The role requires excellent communication in English (B2/C1) to understand and meet customer needs promptly.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure quality service and address customer needs Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build effective communication and rapport with clients Proficiency in Technical Support and Analytical Skills to troubleshoot effectively and solve customer issues Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level and the ability to work collaboratively in a customer-focused environment Experience in customer service or technical support roles is advantageous Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle client concerns with patience and efficiency High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
