Siag Stores is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and deliver an excellent shopping experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and assist them in choosing products that meet their needs. • Present product features, prices, and offers clearly and professionally. • Achieve individual and branch sales targets. • Organize and display products in an attractive and organized manner. • Prepare and follow up on in-store and online orders. • Issue accurate invoices and record them daily on the system. • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. • Monitor stock availability and perform daily inventory checks. • Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the branch manager. • Maintain store cleanliness and comply with company policies. • Be flexible to work across different branches when needed.
Requirements: • Intermediate educational qualification. • 1–3 years of experience in retail or sales. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Good problem-solving skills. • Good computer skills. • Good command of language.
Working Conditions: • 6 working days per week. • 8 working hours per day. • 1 day off per week.
